O'Charley's is part of the parent company O'Charley's, Inc. Enterprise, a multi-concept restaurant company that operates or franchises a total of 363 restaurants under three brands including O’Charley’s, Ninety Nine Restaurant, and Stoney River Legendary Steaks.[citation needed] On Fri, April 20th, O'Charley's Inc announced that it submitted written notice to Nasdaq to voluntarily delist its common stock.
